  1. Mindset: In an initial consultation we match you with a DARE. coach who sets some goals. We get you committed and accountable, ensuring you’re fully ‘in’ before we set off on the journey.
  2. Unprocessed foods: Nutrition is vital. We focus on whole, unprocessed foods that are rich in essential vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients. We give macro breakdowns that are focused on lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and fibre to support muscle growth, boost energy levels, and promote fat loss.
  3. Hydration: Proper hydration and the timing of nutrient intake can also play a crucial role in the body transformation process. By ensuring that the body is adequately fueled before, during, and after workouts, clients can maximise their performance, recovery, and overall progress. 
  4. Sleep: Sleep is so important when you’re trying to lose weight. We educate clients on the importance of proper rest and recovery so that they can digest their food and build muscle in their down time.
  5. Strength training: Strength training, such as weightlifting or resistance-based workouts, can help build lean muscle mass, which in turn boosts metabolism and enhances overall body composition.
