DARE. 1-ON-1

Whether you are a beginner, weekend warrior, or a full-time athlete, we take time to get to know you, your goals and find out what you want to achieve.

We perform a comprehensive assessment of your body, injury history and lifestyle factors to enable our coaches to design a targeted personal training program based around your own individual needs.

Our one-on-one sessions offer complete personalisation to help you reach your health and fitness goals. And we’re here to guide you every step of the way!

DARE. ACCESS

Get that deep burn you’ve been craving, your own way. Dare is exclusively designed for you – there’s no one-size-fits-all. 

The fitness studio is limited to 12 people on the floor at any one time with personal trainers available to offer support. You simply book your floor session through our Dare App so we can monitor capacity and keep it exclusive.

How many studio sessions you need is up to you. Though, of course, we’ll always be here to guide you. Simply choose from 2, 3 or unlimited sessions a week.
