We use the best equipment so that every session feels fun. We want you to love training as much as we do, and we know that picking up the best, new equipment aids that process.

We use Hammer Strength, which is a premium brand that is designed to provide a natural range of motion that targets specific muscle groups. We particularly like how it feels when lifting, it intuitively works with the body to minimise injury and maximise performance.

3. Flattering lighting

It might sound strange, but when you’re training and looking at yourself constantly or taking selfies, lighting is really important. We want you to feel confident and powerful in the gym, which is why our lighting is ideal to give you confidence and maximise your training. 

It’s also perfect for our clients who want to challenge themselves to a photoshoot, as the location provides the perfect backdrop to showcase your new physique.

We’re constantly getting compliments on our bathrooms, which have a spa feel to them. We have used state of the art appliances and fitted our bathrooms with hairdryers, premium showers and toilets and organic products so that the DARE. bathrooms feel like a home from home.

5. Tripods for personal recording

We have several tripods available for people to record themselves while training, either for social media or to correct their form. All of our coaches are also clients and you will regularly see them creating content and using tripods to record their sessions. We encourage our clients to also give it a go, whether they want to start a social media channel to document their journey or simply want to get a better idea of their movement patterns and body shape.

Is DARE. only located in Bentleigh?

At present, yes. DARE. Bentleigh is our only store in Melbourne but we are hoping to open more very soon so keep your eyes peeled!

Where is your Bentleigh Gym located?

Our gym is located in the heart of Bentleigh, on the buzzing Centre Rd. We’re just opposite the Extra Fresh Grocer and next door to Aldi at number 277.

Do you service other areas?

Yes, we do service other areas like Brighton, Caulfield, Hampton, Ormond, Elsternwick, St Kilda, Elwood and many more.

What are the opening hours?

DARE. is a personal training studio, so we work around our clients’ needs. Depending on when sessions are booked in, we open at 6am and close around 8pm every day apart from Sundays.
