Mel

After 16 weeks with Dare Head Coach Luke Walker, she lost 7.6 kg and dropped 6.2 % BF. She also lost had a 20 cm reduction in waist girth measurements.

The Story

Mel was extremely frustrated after many failed attempts to lose weight. She had just completed 12 weeks of group training without dropping a single kilo and felt uncomfortable at a size 12.

She was distraught with her lack of results, she was training 6 days per week and eating one meal per day.

Due to her metabolism being shot from the low-calorie input and the incredibly intense group training a patient approach was needed where her calories were increased and training intensity reduced.
