The Story
When Daniel came to see Dare head coach Luke, he was ready for a change. He was overweight, sluggish and tired but had a drive and determination like no other to change his situation. After the initial phase of cleaning up his food and removing sugar, gluten and dairy from his nutrition the weight, inflammation and body fat started to come down. Daniel was highly motivated and enthusiastic about the process and was always looking for ways to improve and get better. Over his journey Daniel dropped 14 kg and significantly increased his muscle mass. The focus was on correcting his functional weakness in movement patterns and he is now moving with better mobility than ever before. He has increased range of motion, stability and strength and his knowledge and execution of correct lifting techniques have improved. He has hit PBs on both the deadlift and the squat and has loved the process that much he has indicated coaching might be his next career move.
